The Gfs-fingersplint is a pattened german produkt, manufactured in Schleswig-Holstein (Germany). The hook and loop fastener, by with the fingersplint is fixated to the finger is also made in Germany. The Gfs GmbH was founded in January of 1987 by Dieter Reinert in Hamburg (Germany). Mr. Reinert got the Gfs-fingersplint pattented and did run the Company until the year 2000. Since than his Daugether Marion Möller is in charge of the Gfs GmbH The Manufacturing tools have been updated in the Year 2006, as were the hook and loops in the year 2009.
